Trapiche (Sugar cane juice extraction)

In this experience you will learn how our ancestors extracted the sugar cane juice, and the use that they give on the everyday life. You will now the history of our trapiche and you will be able to make a refreshing beverage (Mojito) made of sugar cane juice and mint of our organic garden.
